Trusted by Cottonwood Heights families since 2014. Moving, storage, rental, and tuning — handled by Utah's most experienced piano specialists.
Cottonwood Heights sits at the foot of the Wasatch — anchored on the east by the Big Cottonwood Canyon mouth and stretching west toward Highland Drive. We've moved pianos all over the city: established homes near Old Mill Park, mid-century streets along Bengal Blvd, the bigger custom builds up against the foothills, and the newer clusters near Fort Union Boulevard. Of every Salt Lake County city, Cottonwood Heights tends to give us the most premium pianos — the Steinway grands, the Mason & Hamlin uprights, the heirloom Bösendorfer that's been in the family three generations.
The east-bench Cottonwood Heights move is its own beast. Many of these homes are larger custom builds with a music room on a lower level, a steep driveway, and a stamped or stained concrete walkway from the garage. We tarp the walkways, we plan the route through the home before we touch the piano, and we send a four- or five-mover crew with double rigging when the piano is large enough to need it. Older streets like Bengal Blvd typically have more standard layouts — half-flight stairs, finished basements, and the kind of home where a piano has lived for decades. Those moves are smooth and routine.
From our Riverton shop, Cottonwood Heights is one of our longest in-county drives — typically 25 to 35 minutes depending on whether we're heading to the lower-elevation streets or up against the foothills. Winter weather around the canyon mouth can affect timing more than other parts of the valley, and we'll be straight with you if we need to push a date for safety. We don't tack on a separate Cottonwood Heights fee within our standard distance band.
Every service runs to Cottonwood Heights: moving for everything from uprights to seven-foot grands, climate-controlled storage down in Herriman, premium rentals for foothill events and weddings, and tuning referrals through partners who know the Cottonwood Heights piano community.
